Description
This is a book project in design class in Spring 2011. The assignment was to write a reflection of “The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction” by Walter Benjamin in 1935, and design a book with a theme that is relevant to the focus of the writing. The primary objective of this assignment was to learn the basics of grid system and experience systematic layout design. This book is designed with modular grid as it enables various layouts for using photography and types in the mix.
